There will be no Advent Penance Services in the Deanery this year because of the pandemic. Additional times for reconciliation will be available in each parish. Here is an updated schedule for the sacrament of reconciliation for St. Stanislaus and St. Joseph in Burgaw:
Brothers and Sisters, during this continued pandemic, our 2020 Season of Advent presents specific challenges with the tradition of Penance Services. With this in mind, few adjustments have been made to the traditional celebration of this sacrament in our parish. From now until Wednesday, December 16, I will be available to hear confession during the following times:
- Every Tuesday after the 8:30 am Mass at Saint Stanislaus
- Every Tuesday evening from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm (by appointment) at Saint Stanislaus
- Every Wednesday after the 8:30 am Mass at Saint Joseph, Burgaw
- Every Wednesday evening from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm (by appointment) at Saint Joseph
- Every Thursday after the 8:30 am Mass at Saint Joseph
- Every Thursday after the 12 (noon) Mass (from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm) at Saint Stanislaus
- Every Saturday from 3:45 pm to 4:45 pm at Saint Stanislaus
- Every Sunday from 12 (noon) to 12:45 pm at Saint Joseph
- Every Sunday from 2:00 pm to 2:45 pm at Saint Joseph
